      Welcome to our website, About 30 years ago some alumni of the University of Southern California had the sole intent of creating the best living accommodations for the students and at the best value. With the pride of ownership objective, they bought a 19 unit apartment house near the USC campus on Hoover Blvd. and started their upgrade improvements. This became a mission. They Incorporated as Alumni Management, Inc. They now own and operate close to 200 individual housing units. Over the period of time, select properties were purchased which range from delightful heritage homes, fourplexes to an award winning Mediterranean 48 unit complex on its own campus covering almost 2 acres of landscaped grounds. In addition to the usual technology requirements, amenity choices in the various properties range from private landscaped patios, fireplaces, furnished and unfurnished, various floorings (hardwood, travertine, tile, and carpeting), designer kitchens, picnic areas to crown moldings, and more.

The overwhelming goals for Alumni Management, Inc. are well maintained properties, high end amenities, safety, proximity to campus (either walking or by University tram), service, competitive pricing and value. Alumni Management, Inc. (AMI) rents by the unit, not by the bed. Allowing their tenants the option of living alone or by their own choice of roommate/s, if they so desire.
